Industries Department of Karnataka is organizing an investors meet on June 2nd and 3rd. The objective of the event is to invite and facilitate project promoters and entrepreneurs to invest in the state. Several Players in Power, Infrastructure, Sugar, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Biotechnology etc., have evinced interest in setting up new projects in the state.

The proposed event, Karnataka Global Investors Summit 2010 will see a host of established companies and entrepreneurs signing Memoranda of Understanding with the state government for setting up of projects worth several lakh crores.
